Rate: R550 - R650 depending on seniority
Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for transforming business strategy into tangible results? We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for our client in the banking industry to take the helm of our most critical enterprise-wide projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans that clearly specify goals, strategy, staffing, and scheduling for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Direction & Coordination: Direct and coordinate all project activities, ensuring seamless integration across different departments and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and develop robust contingency plans to safeguard project timelines and budgets.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate available resources (financial, human, and technical) to maximize efficiency and project success.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure all projects are perfectly aligned with the overarching business strategy and objectives.
Requirements include
- 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Financial services industry
- Proven experience in directing and managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
- A strategic mindset focused on achieving business objectives.
