We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive strategic and tactical aspects of discovering, validating, documenting, and communicating business-process-related knowledge through modelling, simulating, and analysing current and future states. This role focuses on achieving complex business outcomes using technical expertise, aligned with the business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Discovery and Documentation:

    • Discover and document business processes.
    • Validate business processes with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Communicate business-process-related knowledge effectively to various stakeholders.
  2. Process Modelling and Simulation:

    • Model current and future business processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
    • Simulate business processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  3. Business Analysis:

    • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to align them with the strategic objectives of the organization.
    • Use analytical tools to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Stakeholder Management:

    • Work closely with business units to understand their process needs and challenges.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate process designs.
  5. Agile Methodology:

    • Apply Agile principles to process improvement initiatives.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the development of user stories and process backlogs.
  6. Technical Expertise:

    • Utilize technical skills to analyse and improve business processes.
    • Develop process automation solutions where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in a Senior Process Engineer role within the financial services industry
    • Extensive experience with BPMN for process modelling.
    • Strong background in Agile methodologies and their application in process improvement.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications in Process Engineering, Agile, or BPMN are advantageous.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proficiency in process modelling and simulation tools.
    • Technical acumen to develop and implement process automation solutions.
