Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract at one of SA's leading banks. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and capable of managing significant data analysis requirements while providing coordination and administrative support to the project team. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project-related administrative tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Maintain and update project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the Project Manager in actioning specific tasks, providing progress updates, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Perform data analysis and generate insights to aid in project decision-making.
- Create and maintain reports, including executive-level reporting, using PowerPoint and other tools.
- Manage and maintain project tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence, ensuring updates and communication flow are seamless.
- Prepare and perform advanced Excel tasks such as VLOOKUPs and data consolidation.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs and other advanced functions).
- Skilled in PowerPoint with the ability to produce high-quality executive reports.
