Role Overview:
We seek a skilled Process Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will be key in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes. Your expertise in Business Architecture, Lean Six Sigma, and Business Analysis will drive value through effective process improvements and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational process improvements using Business Architecture and Value Chain Analysis.
- Utilize BPMN 2.0 and ARIS for accurate business process modeling and mapping.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and reduce inefficiencies, enhancing overall process quality and performance.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to align processes with organizational goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes within the Banking or Manufacturing sectors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Essential:
- Business Architecture expertise
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
- Proficiency in ARIS and BPMN 2.0 for process modeling
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Value Chain Analysis
- Background in Banking or Manufacturing industries
- Desirable:
- Knowledge in UI/UX design, software development, and operating model definition
