Join a leading bank in their Corporate and Investment division, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role is pivotal in enhancing product offerings, driving innovation, and aligning solutions with market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimizing product performance. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment of goals, and seamless project execution. Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders.
Conduct regular product reviews to assess performance and ensure alignment with market needs. Provide strategic recommendations to improve product efficiency, functionality, and client satisfaction. Lead initiatives to align product enhancements with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and global FX market standards. Identify and mitigate risks related to product performance and system implementation.
Provide expert support and training to internal teams and clients on Wallstreet and other trading systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues to minimize disruption to trading activities.
Manage and execute projects related to product upgrades, system integrations, and market initiatives. Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely and successful completion. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support project and product goals.
Monitor and analyze product and market performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay informed about market developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in banking and global FX markets. Gather and act on stakeholder feedback to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Banking and Global FX Markets.
Proficiency in Wallstreet application and other trading systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of successful project management.
