Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Investment & Fund Manager to oversee our clients' financial reporting, appraise property investment opportunities, and manage investments across the African continent. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring investment strategies, securing financing, preparing forecasts, and managing investor relations.
This is a permanent role - in Sandton Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure investment and funding strategies for multiple portfolios.
- Review debt financing, and equity funding, and manage tax compliance.
- Oversee financial reporting, cash flow forecasts, and investor communication.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of investment agreements.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate (private equity, asset management, corporate finance).
- BCom (Hons) in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, financial analysis, and real estate investments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to property management and fund reporting is an advantage.
