Job Description:
We're looking for a talented individual based in Kimberley, with experience in the property sector, to fill the following role:
Residential Property Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Manage occupancy and new lease details.
- Process payments and rental invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Reconcile accounts in PIMS and Great Plains.
- Handle student queries, arrears, and credit checks.
- Provide monthly occupancy reports and assist with inspections and recoveries.
- Support the Property Manager with monthly reports.
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Accounting.
- 2-3 years of property administration experience.
- Strong reconciliation and software skills (PIMS, Great Plains).
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
