Job Description:

We're looking for a talented individual based in Kimberley, with experience in the property sector, to fill the following role:

Residential Property Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage occupancy and new lease details.
  • Process payments and rental invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Reconcile accounts in PIMS and Great Plains.
  • Handle student queries, arrears, and credit checks.
  • Provide monthly occupancy reports and assist with inspections and recoveries.
  • Support the Property Manager with monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Accounting.
  • 2-3 years of property administration experience.
  • Strong reconciliation and software skills (PIMS, Great Plains).
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
