6 month contract at one of SA's leading banks. Hybrid (Sandton)
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and implementing people-focused change initiatives, ensuring sustainable business impact.
What You will Be Doing:
- Leading and executing people change initiatives, focusing on behavior and mindset shifts.
- Supporting Enterprise HR products and services (people, process, systems) with an emphasis on digital business models and agile transformations.
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, driving collaboration and facilitating change.
- Partnering strategically with the business to provide commercial and analytical insights.
- Crafting and executing compelling change communication strategies.
- Designing, developing, and implementing organisational change solutions across various business and workforce segments.
- Facilitating workshops, design thinking sessions, and leadership engagements.
- Promoting diversity, inclusion, and an agile mindset within the organisation.
What Were Looking For:
- A relevant B-degree (or studying toward completion) in Humanities or a Commercial-related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in leading and delivering people change initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong expertise in Human Resources and Change Management, preferably in workforce experience transformation.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and driving results.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Agile/Scrum certifications (Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, SAFe SM/PO) are a bonus.
- A hands-on approach with a passion for making change happen.
