Job Description:
This is a 6-month contract
As our Loan IQ System Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients Loan IQ system, ensuring its seamless operation and driving continuous improvement. You'll provide technical support, deliver training, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize our lending processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance.
- User Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training, create user manuals, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- System Optimization: Identify and implement system enhancements, automate processes, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Business Analysis & Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, contribute to process design, and work closely with stakeholders.
- Risk & Governance: Maintain system governance, ensure compliance, and identify and mitigate risks.
- Build strong relationships with IT and business teams, serving as the primary point of contact for Loan IQ inquiries.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of user experience with Loan IQ.
- Minimum of 2 years of subject matter expertise and support experience in Loan IQ and related structured lending products.
- Strong understanding of CIB structured lending products and processes.
- Experience with business analysis and user story creation.
- Knowledge of SDLC and IT practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software systems.
- A degree in operations, finance, or technology is preferred.
