Role Overview:

Join a leading bank as a Business Process Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic and tactical initiatives. You'll be responsible for discovering, validating, documenting, and communicating business process-related knowledge using advanced modelling and analytical techniques. This position focuses on delivering complex business outcomes and managing technical aspects in alignment with the overarching business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, model, and simulate both current and future state business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand strategic goals and align process improvements with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes and workflows.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes or enhancements.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to capture business requirements and ensure alignment with technical teams.
  • Utilize ARIS, Jira, and Confluence for documentation, tracking, and collaboration purposes.
  • Work within Agile frameworks to deliver on projects efficiently and iteratively.
  • Provide expert input on process reengineering initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in Business Process Engineering or related roles.
  • Proven experience in the banking sector is essential.
  • Hands-on expertise in ARIS, Jira and Confluence.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and contributing to complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or BPM (Business Process Management) are highly advantageous.
