Job Description:
Duration: Fixed-Term Contract (Immediate start – December 2026)
We are looking for a results-driven Process Engineer II for a fixed-term contract through December 2026. In this role, you will partner with business and project teams to analyse "As Is" operations, design efficient "To Be" operating models, and deliver high-impact process improvements that drive measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement & Design: Execute process initiatives, model cross-functional value chains, and design "To Be" workflows to streamline operations.
- Discovery & Analysis: Lead discovery sessions using recognized analysis techniques, rules capture/coding, and change management principles.
- Performance Tracking: Define process metrics, assist in ROI assessments, and apply simulation techniques to measure operational performance.
- Delivery Management: Independently manage personal deliverables within project timelines, adhering to Agile concepts and SDLC frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- Process Modelling: Hands-on proficiency in BPMN, EPC, or UML modelling tools.
- Methodologies: Strong working knowledge of Agile concepts, SDLC, and Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
- Experience: Track record of participating in or leading small-to-medium process improvement engagements.
- Core Skills: Proven ability in business writing, workshop facilitation, regulatory understanding, and stakeholder collaboration.
