Job Description:
This is a 12 - month contract with our client in the Banking sector.
Are you a Subject Matter Expert in the ION Wallstreet Suite (WSS)? We are looking for a Lead Technical Specialist to take ownership of our client's treasury platforms evolution. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of complex financial operations and advanced systems architecture.
You wont just be maintaining a system; you will be the "architect of record" for future integrations, driving the technical roadmap, and ensuring the stability of mission-critical treasury functionality.
Responsibilities Includes:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in analysing and documenting existing Wallstreet functionality and its use within the business
- Play a lead role in solutioning future Wallstreet integration requirements through existing APIs and backend integration.
- Drive the resolution of any technical issues that impacts the performance and stability of the Wallstreet platform.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution of inflight projects
- Provide expert support and training to internal teams and clients of the platform.
- Drive the detailed scoping of future Wallstreet product requirements where needed
- Conduct regular product reviews and updates to ensure alignment with market needs.
Qualifications & Experience: - Deep Skills in the Wallstreet application.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of in designing, executing and validating requirements from cradle to grave
