Job Description:
This is a 12 - month contract with our client in the banking sector.
We are seeking a master-level Lead Specialist Business Analyst to bridge the gap between organizational mission and IT strategy. You will operate at the highest levels of complexity and ambiguity to build a holistic, agile, and sustainable view of our business assets, processes, and technology.
Key respinsibilities
- Strategic Alignment: Connect the business mission and strategy to IT execution through high-level abstraction and detailed modeling.
- Holistic Architecture: Build and maintain a complete view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and IT assets.
- Future-State Design: Document current and future needs using multiple views to ensure efficient, adaptable, and sustainable solutions.
- Stakeholder Integration: Collaborate across the organization to align business capabilities with technology and process improvements.
- Full-Spectrum Analysis: Perform complex BA tasks across the entire detail spectrum, from strategic concepts to granular technical specifications.
Minimum requirements
- Seniority: Extensive experience (typically 8–10+ years) in Business Analysis within large, complex enterprise environments.
- Domain Mastery: Expert knowledge of industry-recognized BA standards (e.g., BABOK).
- Methodological Skill: Proven ability to work with architectural frameworks and modeling tools (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, or UML).
- Complexity Management: Demonstrated success in navigating high levels of ambiguity and organizational complexity.
- Educational Background: Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and translate between technical and business domains.
