Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience: Strong background in e-commerce marketing, with proven success in driving sales and scaling marketing efforts. 
  • Proficient in digital ad platforms and analytics tools: Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other key marketing platforms and tools. 
  • Excellent English communication skills: Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate ideas with the client. 
  • Ability to create and streamline marketing processes: Demonstrated experience in developing processes that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Self-motivated and independent: Capable of managing time, meeting deadlines, and delivering results with little to no oversight.

Core responsibilities:

  • Create and implement marketing strategies and processes: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the e-commerce business, focusing on driving traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns: Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, and/or Instagram, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and ROI through constant monitoring and adjustments. 
  • Email marketing and automation: Design and implement email marketing strategies, including automation, drip campaigns, and customer segmentation to drive engagement and retention. 
  • Social media management and content strategy: Plan and manage social media content aligned with the clients branding, ensuring consistent posting and engagement across platforms. 
  • Analyze and report on performance: Regularly assess the performance of marketing initiatives, using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights to the client for further optimization. 
  • Work independently with minimal oversight: Implement strategies efficiently with little direction from the client, ensuring a high degree of independence and accountability.
