Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their best practices. 
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). 
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights and analytics.

Core responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content (text, images, videos) tailored for each platform, ensuring consistency in tone and brand messaging.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community by initiating conversations and engaging with influencers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and prepare regular reports on performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. 
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective content marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure the brands voice and style are maintained across all social media platforms.
