Job Requirements:

  • Experience (2+ years): Minimum of 2 years in customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling roles, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • High-Level English Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex treatments in simple, clear language.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A strong commitment to providing a high level of customer service, with a friendly and empathetic attitude towards clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track customer interactions, manage appointments, and follow up on leads.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple calendars, appointments, and customer follow-ups, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Adaptability and Problem Solving: Ability to quickly address customer concerns, offer solutions, and adapt to changing schedules or customer needs.

Core responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiry Handling: Respond to incoming customer inquiries about various cosmetic treatments and packages, providing detailed information about services, pricing, and benefits.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments for customers based on their expressed interest in treatments, coordinating availability with the salon or spa team to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Warm Lead Engagement: Proactively engage with warm leads (individuals who have shown interest), asking follow-up questions to better understand their needs and encourage them to book a consultation or treatment.
  • Package and Service Education: Educate customers on the differences between available treatment packages, helping them make informed decisions about the best options for their needs.
  • Follow-Up and Reminders: Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in treatments but have not yet booked appointments, and send appointment reminders as needed to reduce cancellations.
