3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools. Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design. Ability to create designs for multiple platforms, including web, social media, and print. Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Core responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media content, email campaigns, website graphics, and advertisements. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project goals and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives. Layout and Typography: Design and format layouts for promotional materials, presentations, and reports with a strong sense of composition, color theory, and typography. Visual Content Creation: Assist with the creation of visual content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels. Design Software Proficiency: Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva to develop high-quality designs. Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs while meeting project deadlines. Innovative Thinking: Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technology, bringing fresh ideas to all projects.
