8.30am to 5pm AEST Min 2.5 years experience Strong English communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Core responsibilities:
Assist sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts. Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and customer records with accurate and current information. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, verification, and confirmation. Coordinate with internal departments such as inventory, shipping, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Generate sales order reports and documentation for internal tracking and customer communication. Compile and analyze sales data, including revenue, sales performance, and market trends.
What We Are Looking For: - Availability to work from 8:30am to 5pm AEST - Minimum 2.5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong English communication skills - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with both customers and team members - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
