Min 2.5 years Proven Experience in general accounting, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of general accounting practices and US GAAP compliance. Proficiency in ERP accounting software (preferably NetSuite).

Core responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Maintain the integrity of the general ledger in alignment with GAAP standards. Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Lead monthly and annual closing procedures, ensuring timely financial reporting. Assist in the preparation and delivery of financial statements. Support the integration and implementation of new accounting policies and standards. Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for process improvements. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Assist with internal and external audits, as well as tax inquiries. Manage and execute special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
