Job Requirements: 

  • Social Media Sales Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years proven experience in lead generation through platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook, ideally within the athletic apparel, sports, or lifestyle industries. 
  • Content Creation Skills: Ability to craft creative, personalized outreach messages and adapt pre-approved templates to different target audiences. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sports, fitness, or athletic apparel industriesor related fields like health and wellnessoffering insight into market trends and consumer behaviors.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first approach that builds rapport and trust through social interactions.
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong ability to manage multiple leads, maintain contact lists, and consistently meet follow-up deadlines without missing details. 
  • Self-Starter with Flexibility: Highly motivated and adaptable, capable of working independently while adjusting to dynamic priorities and fast-paced environments.

Core responsibilities:

  • Social Media Lead Outreach: Use Instagram and other social media platforms to identify, connect with, and nurture potential clients through cold and warm direct messages using pre-approved DM templates. 
  • Engaging Content Creation: Develop eye-catching and engaging message templates tailored to target audiences, ensuring outreach feels authentic and aligns with the brand's voice.
  • Community Interaction: Actively engage with followers and potential leads by liking, commenting, and responding to posts and stories to build relationships and drive interest in the brand. 
  • Contact Management and Reporting: Maintain an organized database of leads, track outreach progress, and generate weekly reports on lead generation performance and conversion rates.
  • Sales Funnel Support: Collaborate on strategies to optimize the conversion of social media leads into customers by coordinating with marketing efforts and providing timely updates on campaign performance. 
  • Administrative Assistance: Support executive tasks such as email management, scheduling, and document preparation, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
