Job Requirements:
- Social Media Expertise: 1-2 years proven experience growing social media accounts, particularly in service-based industries.
- Familiarity with running ads and analyzing performance metrics across multiple platforms.
- Lead Generation Experience: Demonstrated ability in lead generation, nurturing prospects, and setting appointments using CRM tools like HighLevel.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content and communicate effectively with prospects and clients.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking, appointment setting, and managing follow-ups, ensuring efficient lead management and customer engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze social media and lead data to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive results.
- Self-Motivated and Organized: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Core responsibilities:
- Social Media Campaigns: Execute social media campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and driving conversions for tech repair services.
- Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Use HighLevel CRM to qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients interested in device repair or selling services.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Content Creation & Analytics: Create visually appealing and compelling content that aligns with the companys brand and services.
- Use social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize posts for engagement and growth.
- Customer Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms to build a strong online community and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on social media content and lead generation strategies that contribute to overall business growth and client acquisition goals.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain lead databases, generate reports on social media performance and lead generation, and provide insights to improve strategies and conversions.
- Ad Campaigns & Budget Management: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for reach and lead generation, while staying within budget limits.
