Job Requirements:
- 2.5+ years proven experience in digital marketing or similar field with evidence of involvement in campaigns or a portfolio of created content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and tactics, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, adaptable nature, and willingness to support team members.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, problem-solve creatively, and adhere to deadlines and guidelines.
Core responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline.
- Coordinate campaign logistics, including scheduling, content creation, asset management, and distribution for timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Create and curate content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Assist in content development, such as writing copy, designing graphics, editing videos, and formatting documents, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Support digital marketing efforts by managing social media, website updates, SEO tactics, and engaging with followers to build brand awareness.
