Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Formulate and execute robust social media strategies tailored to diverse platforms.
  • Craft engaging, platform-specific content and manage posting schedules.
  • Analyse performance data to refine and enhance marketing tactics.
  • Foster community interaction and handle responses to bolster our brands visibility.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

  • Execute comprehensive keyword research and deploy effective SEO tactics to elevate our website's online presence.
  • Leverage analytical tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and optimise SEO outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with content creators to refine and upgrade website material, ensuring superior search engine rankings.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

  • Strategically design and implement Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and various social media channels.
  • Continuously track and evaluate the success of these campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to enhance Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Compile and deliver comprehensive analyses that detail campaign results and their impact on business objectives.

Website Maintenance

  • Maintain an up-to-date, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing website.
  • Develop and oversee the production of website content, such as blog posts and landing pages.
  • Work in partnership with designers and developers to effectuate enhancements on the website.

Marketing Support

  • Aid in the crafting and implementation of the marketing schedule.
  • Collaborate with in-house departments and external stakeholders to guarantee on-schedule campaign rollouts.

Skills & Experience:

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
  • Between 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, underscored by a history of effective campaigns.
  • Proficient in the use of essential digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Exceptional analytical acumen and a solid inclination towards data-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding capabilities in writing and editing, particularly tailored for digital media platforms.
  • Competent in juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines within a dynamic environment.
  • Deep-seated knowledge of core digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Well-versed in the intricacies of SEO, PPC strategies, and various social media channels.
  • Strong communication and people skills, facilitating seamless interactions and engagements.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar qualifications will be considered an advantage.
