Job Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 5 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software. Strong organizational, time-management abilities, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate needs and make independent decisions.
Core responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, travel, and communication; screen and prioritize correspondence.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and communications.
- Organize files, manage databases, conduct research, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking special projects or events, coordinating logistics and resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a liaison and proactive support.
