Minimum 2.5 years previous experience in eCommerce, retail, or customer service. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like eBay, Shopify, or similar. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on Facebook, eBay, and other platforms, addressing questions about products, orders, shipments, and returns. Order Management: Track and manage order fulfillment processes, sending timely reminders to the owner about pending tasks and ensuring all orders are processed efficiently. Product Listings: Assist in maintaining and updating product listings, including editing descriptions, prices, and images on eCommerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal. Inventory Monitoring: Regularly monitor inventory levels, alerting the owner to any low stock items that need restocking, and assisting in placing reorders. Returns and Exchanges: Handle customer returns and exchanges, ensuring that the process is smooth and customer-friendly, and updating records accordingly. Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure orders are shipped on time and tracking information is communicated to customers. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including maintaining records, organizing files, and assisting with any additional tasks as directed by the owner.
