Min 2 years practical experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing funnel optimization. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the construction industry and a creative mindset.

What We Are Looking For:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Design marketing funnels to optimize customer acquisition and retention, ensuring a seamless user experience from awareness to conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Attention to detail to ensure no data is missed.
