Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience 2+ years in an e-commerce admin role, ideally within the retail or outdoor industry. 
  • Hands-on experience with the Neto e-commerce platform is required. Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Magento is a plus. 
  • Strong experience with SKU management and product data entry. 
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. 
  • Basic understanding of SEO and how product listings impact search rankings. 
  • Experience with EDM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and landing page management tools (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages).
  • Graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain product SKUs, ensuring they are accurately created, assigned, and organized across all e-commerce platforms, with a focus on the Neto platform.
  • Ensure all product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate and up to date across Neto and other e-commerce sites. 
  • Update and optimize product tagging within Neto to improve searchability and categorization on the website.
  • Assist in the creation and upload of new product listings in Neto, ensuring that all required data is accurate and complete. 
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with the inventory team to update product availability and lead times on Neto. 
  • Stay up to date with changes and updates to Neto platform functionalities and ensure the website is functioning optimally. 
  • Landing Page Management: Create, update, and optimize landing pages for promotions, product launches, and campaigns, ensuring they are visually appealing and conversion-focused. 
  • EDM Campaign Execution: Plan, implement, and execute EDM campaigns to drive customer engagement, increase sales, and support product promotions. 
  • This includes list management, segmentation, content creation, and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Graphic Design: Create and edit graphics for digital and print marketing materials, including banners, social media posts, product images, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines. 
  • Provide support in resolving e-commerce-related issues, including customer inquiries about product listings or availability on Neto.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations, including reporting and analytics.
