Job Requirements:

  • 8.30am to 5pm AEST Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects. 
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to reaching out to new prospects. Ability to understand and communicate the value of workplace injury prevention solutions. 
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g.,HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement, to generate new business leads. 
  • Identify key decision-makers within target companies and initiate contact to introduce our workplace injury prevention solutions.
  • Qualify prospects by gathering information on their business needs, pain points, and potential fit for our services. 
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies and messaging. 
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and keep them engaged throughout the sales process.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
