Proven experience (2.5+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging copy and messaging. Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content and storytelling.

Core responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals to grow the brand’s online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform. Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting. Community Management: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster relationships with the audience. Campaign Planning: Develop and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion rates) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Use insights to optimize strategies and content. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and product launches. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media strategies to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
