Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand their business objectives and digital marketing needs.
- Strategy Development: Work with clients to develop customized digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports to clients. Identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, social, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of services and optimal campaign execution.
- Client Communication: Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, discuss progress, and address any concerns. Proactively manage client expectations.
- Budget Management: Ensure that all digital marketing campaigns are executed within the clients budget and provide recommendations for budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly address any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign to maintain client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Market Trends & Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and provide insights to clients on how to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, display advertising, etc.).
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with budgeting and reporting on digital marketing campaigns.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
