Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Verification:
    • Verify and qualify leads generated through various channels such as online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

    • Conduct initial screenings to assess lead quality and potential.

  • Appointment Scheduling:
    • Coordinate with leads to schedule appointments for senior stakeholders, such as real estate agents or brokers.

    • Manage calendars and schedules to ensure efficient use of senior stakeholders' time.

    • Confirm appointments and provide necessary information to both parties.

  • Database Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, including contact information, communication history, and lead status, using CRM software or other tools.

    • Regularly update databases with new leads, appointments, and relevant notes.

  • Follow-up and Communication:
    • Follow up with leads to provide additional information, answers questions, and address concerns.

    • Keep leads engaged and informed throughout the appointment booking process.

    • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to provide updates on lead status and appointment schedules.

  • Qualification and Prioritization:
    • Assess leads based on criteria such as budget, timeline, and preferences to determine their suitability for senior stakeholder appointments.

    • Prioritize leads according to senior stakeholders' preferences and business objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or bookkeeping preferred.

  • Sales experience calling Australian customers

  • Real estate sales are a positive but not a must.

  • Strong communication skills
