Core responsibilities:

Develop and refine administrative systems and operational workflows, including CRM and digital marketing platforms.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of their tasks and objectives.

Seamlessly integrate and oversee platforms through tools like Zapier, leveraging knowledge of similar applications.

Utilize Google Sheets proficiently for data management and analytics purposes.

Implement and oversee CRM systems at a high level, along with other relevant management tools.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who possesses a diverse skill set, including creation, marketing strategies, sales, customer support, and operational management. The ideal candidate will have experience in various sectors, such as ecommerce and health/wellness, and a strong passion for technology and staying updated on the latest trends. They should also have a demonstrated ability to take initiative, be a proactive problem solver, and possess excellent communication skills.
