  • Experience & Expertise 2.5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on organic social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns with measurable results. 
  • Social Media & Advertising Strong knowledge of social media platforms, ad targeting, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.). 
  • SEO & Website Management Proficiency in SEO strategies, keyword research, and website optimization techniques. 
  • Experience with minor website updates preferred. 
  • Content & Copywriting Excellent copywriting and content creation skills tailored for digital platforms. 
  • Video Editing & Multimedia Basic to intermediate video editing skills for creating engaging digital content. 
  • Data & Analytics Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly. 
  • Communication & Collaboration Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Core responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Advertising Develop and execute organic social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and community growth. 
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. 
  • Generate and track leads from social media ad campaigns to improve conversion rates. 
  • Content Creation & Video Editing Create and curate high-quality content for social media, website, and email marketing campaigns. Edit and produce engaging video content for digital platforms. 
  • SEO & Website Management Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and website traffic. 
  • Manage minor website updates and edits to optimize user experience and content effectiveness. 
  • Analytics & Optimization Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and paid ad performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights. 
  • Industry Trends & Innovation Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and platform algorithm changes to drive continuous improvement.
