Min of 2.5 years of Proven Experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is highly preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Core responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner. Answer phone calls, address customer inquiries, and provide solutions to any issues. Send out quotes and follow up with potential clients to close sales or provide additional information. Handle reservation bookings, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Manage and update customer records using GoHighLevel CRM. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions. Process orders, cancellations, and refunds as required. Provide proactive customer support by following up on previous inquiries and ensuring resolution.
