Working Hours: 8.30am To 4.30pm AEST Time, Monday to Friday

Experience Required:  Minimum 5 years Experience

Core Responsibilities:

Research Support:

• Assist research team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports on data, product, financials

• Analyse data and information to produce core data and create reports on data, product and financial feasibility

• Maintain and update report and client database

Administrative Support:

• Assist with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination for sales, marketing and research team members.

Requirements

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

• Highly proficient in data/maths/statistical analytics

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and other relevant software applications.

• Proficiency with Desktop Publishing software such as Canva and familiarity with image software such as photoshop.

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to grow and develop within the sales administration role.
