Core Responsibilities
Requirement Elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather information effectively.
Analysis and Documentation: Analyze gathered requirements and translate them into clear and concise documentation, such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
Business Process Modeling: Model current and future business processes using techniques like process flow diagrams, swimlane diagrams, and business process modeling notation to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Define data requirements and assist in designing data models and structures.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet quality standards and comply with requirements. Participate in reviews and inspections to identify and address defects and issues.
