5.5+ Years Digital Marketing Experience: Extensive experience in SEO, content marketing, and strategy development. WordPress & Elementor Proficiency: Strong expertise in website management and design. Customer Service Skills: Capable of handling customer inquiries and outbound calls. Content Creation Expertise: Proven ability to craft compelling blogs, web content, and social media posts. Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on data. Strong Multi-tasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple digital marketing initiatives alongside customer service responsibilities.

Core responsibilities:

SEO and Website Management: Optimize website and content using WordPress and Elementor for SEO and user experience. Content Creation: Write and manage blogs, web pages, and social media posts to improve online presence. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility. Customer Service Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing customer service as needed. Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and adjust digital marketing efforts based on performance data and KPIs. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
