Job Requirements:
- Experience: 5-6+ years of accounting experience, with advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring complete accuracy in financial reporting, reconciliation, and invoicing.
- Problem-Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Team Player: Dedicated team member with a long-term commitment to the companys values and culture.
Core responsibilities:
- Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor invoices and payments to ensure Accounts Receivable is 100% accurate, identifying and resolving discrepancies quickly. Financial
- Reporting: Generate detailed sales and gross profit reports by person, region, and bank, providing insights to help guide business decisions and ensure transparency in company finances.
- Bookkeeping & QBO Management: Expertly manage QuickBooks Online (QBO) to handle all day-to-day accounting tasks, including updating records, managing cash flow, and reconciling bank accounts.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight: Track and manage both AP and AR, ensuring accurate and timely payment processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring smooth cash flow and payment cycles.
- Process Improvement: Create and implement accounting strategies and processes that streamline workflows and improve efficiency between data entry and financial management tasks.
- Collaboration & Commitment: Work closely with the data entry specialist when need be to ensure a seamless flow of information including the matching of invoices and purchase orders.
