Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in a CRM, marketing or data role, preferably with 2 years experience in HubSpot. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot, Excel, and other data analysis tools. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organisation: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.

Preferred Qualifications Certifications: HubSpot certifications highly regarded but not essential (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software HubSpot Reporting). Experience with CRM Systems: Familiarity with other CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel functions and data analysis techniques.

Core responsibilities:

Data Cleansing: Regularly review and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Data Accuracy: Monitor data entry processes to prevent inaccuracies and maintain data quality. Reporting: Generate and analyse reports on sales and marketing metrics, campaign performance, and data health. Review QA reports Workflow Management: Assist in the creation, maintenance, and optimisation of marketing workflows within HubSpot. Database Management: Maintain the CRM database, including segmentation and contact management. Update data records. Assists with data management, reporting, and analysis tasks across multiple functions, ensuring CRM data supports all business units effectively. Support Sales & Marketing Campaigns: Provide data support for sales & marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting and tracking. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and sales team to understand data needs and support various marketing initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data processes and implement best practices. Measure and track the performance of sales and marketing programs
