Job Requirements:

  • Industry-Specific Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales within the U.S. healthcare industry, with a proven track record in selling staffing or related services to hospitals.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to convey complex service offerings clearly and persuasively to hospital stakeholders. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in building and nurturing long-term client relationships, especially within hospital or healthcare settings.
  • Strategic Sales Approach: Skilled in creating and executing sales plans tailored to meet specific client needs.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM tools to manage sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions effectively. 
  • Knowledge of U.S. Healthcare Market: In-depth understanding of the healthcare staffing industry and relevant market dynamics, particularly the demand for international healthcare professionals.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Target hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote UPI Zones international staffing services, specifically focusing on healthcare roles like nurses and allied health professionals.
  • Lead Client Outreach: Initiate contact and build relationships with decision-makers within healthcare organizations, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations: Deliver clear and impactful presentations of UPI Zones staffing solutions to hospital executives and HR teams, addressing specific staffing challenges. 
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently following up to convert leads into contracts.
  • Collaborate on Customized Solutions: Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored staffing solutions for each client, aligning services with their unique needs. 
  • Market Insights and Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends, client needs, and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making.
