Minimum 3 years in a sales role, with at least 1.5 years of operations experience preferred. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Core responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies. Analyze and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times. Develop and maintain sales workflows, tools, and documentation to support the sales team. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges to meet client expectations. Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and operational workflows using CRM and project management tools.
