Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with 1-2 years specialising in HubSpot. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, although copywriting and final copy editing will be provides by others in the team.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships. Canva & HubSpot CMS: basic Knowledge of Canva and HubSpot CMS tools are a plus but not compulsory. Certifications: HubSpot certifications in relevant areas, such as HubSpot Marketing, HubSpot CMS, and HubSpot Reporting, are a plus. Advanced Digital Marketing Skills: Experience with advanced digital marketing techniques and strategies, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing), retargeting, and personalisation. Experience with CRM Systems: Familiarity with other CRM systems and marketing automation tools. B2B Experience: Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.

Core responsibilities:

HubSpot Management: Oversee the setup, optimisation, and maintenance of HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and content management.

Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid social media, gated content, nurture sequences and sales campaigns using HubSpot tools.

Content Strategy: Utilise AI to draft content as a base for our copywriters to use. Develop and manage a robust content strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.

Lead Generation and Nurturing: Design and implement lead generation and nurturing programmes under the direction of the CMO, leveraging HubSpot's automation and segmentation capabilities.

List Creation: Build and manage segmented lists in HubSpot to ensure targeted and personalised communication with prospects and customers.

Email Campaigns: Set up, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including A/B testing, personalisation, and automation. Copy writing and copy editing not required.

Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, digital marketing metrics and revenue results within HubSpot.

Research: Conduct research uto gather statistics and facts for whitepapers, ensuring content is well-supported and authoritative. Use Content Hub to draft materials.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts. Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.

Deadline Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects and campaigns, ensuring all deadlines are met in a busy marketing department.
