Job Requirements:

  • Min 1.5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. 
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and grow social media accounts. 
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. 
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in tone, style, and brand voice.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making. 
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management, including budget allocation. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).

Core responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals to engage target audiences, increase brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition. 
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, and infographics) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring brand consistency. 
  • Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring audience engagement. 
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns (organic and paid), track campaign performance, and optimize based on data-driven insights. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates, and create comprehensive reports to present to management.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with followers, respond to queries, and encourage meaningful conversations within the community.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative. 
  • Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships, collaborations, and brand mentions to expand social media reach. 
  • Crisis Management: Handle potential crises or negative feedback on social platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.
