Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and office software, including Microsoft - preference for prior CRM experience.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to new tasks.
- Attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Core responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments efficiently. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other communications.
- Conduct research and gather information to support projects and tasks.
- Organize tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, coordinating project logistics and maintaining digital files.
- Record emails and information where appropriate (on Onedrive and Sharepoint) Record billing times and information on Actionstep.
