Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2.5 years proven experience in digital marketing, with a successful track record of planning and executing impactful campaigns that achieve measurable results.
- In-depth expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics, with the ability to integrate them effectively.
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software to optimize performance.
- Strong writing and editing abilities, with the capacity to craft compelling, audience-focused content across various digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify actionable trends, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize digital channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings.
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align marketing efforts with business goals.
