Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Core responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). 
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. 
  • Assist in developing social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging. 
  • Oversee online community engagement, fostering a positive and active online presence. 
  • Upload content onto website and send out Email campaigns Address community concerns and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring a friendly and supportive environment. 
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform content strategies. 
  • Assist in creating content ideas, articles, and other materials to support marketing campaigns. 
  • Gather and analyze data to support marketing, sales, or other business needs. 
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for team members as needed. 
  • Handle email management, including responding to general inquiries and organizing inboxes. 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
