Digital Marketing Platform Experience: 2.5-5 years experience using Kajabi, ClickFunnels, ConvertKit, or similar funnel/email marketing platforms; experience managing online course infrastructure preferred. CRM & Scheduling Tool Proficiency: Skilled with platforms like Calendly, Acuity, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, and similar tools; must be comfortable with integrations and automations. Tech-Savvy & Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot tech issues related to automation workflows, CRM tagging, video uploads, or landing page design. Content & Design Ability: Experience with Canva for lead magnets, PDFs, and social graphics; basic video editing skills for YouTube/webinar clips and Reels highly preferred. Industry-Aligned Background: Prior experience supporting coaches, wellness brands, or digital entrepreneurs, with familiarity around trauma-informed branding and women’s empowerment messaging. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication with proactive follow-through; neutral accent in verbal communication to ensure smooth collaboration with leadership (this is an internal role, but clear and natural communication is essential). Core responsibilities:
Funnel Setup & Automation: Build and optimize Kajabi or ClickFunnels landing pages, lead magnets, webinar registration flows, and sales pages tailored to premium personal development and luxury coaching offers. Lead Management & CRM Tracking: Monitor, tag, and track leads through the funnel using ConvertKit, Calendly, and CRM platforms; manage all follow-ups and ensure leads receive appropriate nurture sequences. Scheduling & Coordination: Book, confirm, and reschedule coaching consults, speaking engagements, and retreat inquiries, ensuring clients move seamlessly through the onboarding journey. Customer & Tech Support: Respond to basic customer inquiries via email or chat, troubleshoot minor issues across funnels, automations, and scheduling tools, and maintain CRM data integrity. Content & Platform Management: Format and publish blogs, upgrade lead magnet design, schedule YouTube videos, Reels, and social content weekly; manage course uploads and eBook publishing across Kajabi or equivalent. Community & Engagement Support: Launch and manage Facebook group community, moderate conversations, and assist with retreat and webinar logistics, outreach emails, and podcast pitching.
