Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. 2+ years in accounting, preferably in public or corporate finance. Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal controls. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; attention to detail and ethical conduct.

Core responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, compile reports for management and stakeholders. Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records, record transactions using accounting software. Budgeting: Assist in developing budgets and forecasts, monitor performance and variance. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensure compliance with tax laws; knowledge of Australian tax law preferred. Auditing: Support internal and external audits, ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
