Job Requirements:
- Intermediate Experience: 2.5-5 years years of experience in lead generation, outbound calling, or customer outreach. Social media engagement experience is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in clear, professional written and verbal English communication and effective phone communication with prospects.
- Neutral or American-accented tone preferred to ensure ease of understanding and alignment with target markets.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented when customizing outreach and ensuring each interaction is relevant.
- Social Media and CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and CRM systems for tracking leads and managing data.
- Time Management: Organized approach to manage multiple leads effectively, ensuring prompt follow-up and engagement.
- Comfort with Outbound Calling: Experience in outbound calling and using scripts to connect with prospects and gauge interest.
Core responsibilities:
- Outbound Email, Text, and Call Campaigns: Conduct outreach to prospects through emails, text messages, and outbound calls, following provided scripts for consistency.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and responses. Social Media Outreach: Engage with potential clients on Instagram and Facebook, utilizing pre-written templates and customized messages to build connections.
- Lead Handoff: Qualify leads based on their engagement and interest, then transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
- CRM Management: Keep records in the CRM system current by logging all interactions, updating lead statuses, and tracking engagement.
- Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates on lead generation progress, share insights on lead engagement trends, and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct brief research on social media to understand lead interests and enhance outreach effectiveness.
