Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results. 
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and analytics. 
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging content for online audiences. 
  • Analytical skills and data proficiency to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. 
  • Create and curate high-quality content for digital channels such as websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. 
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and optimize content to improve organic search visibility and rankings. 
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. 
  • Monitor digital marketing performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives and innovation goals.
